Advantages of Oil Filter Press

Membrane filter press adopts a filter plate expansion design. Inject gas into the filter plate to expand and deform, squeeze the filter cake in the middle of the filter plate, thereby reducing the water content of the filter cake.

The filter plate adopts a slope design. Above the feed port design of the membrane filter press, the filter plate passing through the inclined plane makes the filtrate fully contact the membrane to maximize the filtration, increase the filtration speed and increase the work efficiency.

The structure of the filter plate. Each filter plate is composed of a combination plate and a polypropylene filter plate, and the combination plate is composed of two filter frames, which is equivalent to two filter cloths filtering at the same time, which not only facilitates the replacement of filter cloths, but also makes it more efficient Increased exponentially.
